EVENT CANCELED

The REC Annual Dinner scheduled for November 12, 2026, has been canceled.

After careful consideration, Living Legacy has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Annual Dinner fundraiser. Because promotional materials for the event had already been distributed before we were able to stop publication, we want to make sure everyone who received a flyer is aware that the November 12 event will no longer take place.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion and appreciate the understanding of our community, supporters, and friends of The REC.

Miles of Opportunity

Although the dinner has been canceled, the need behind our fundraiser has not. Transportation is an essential part of how The REC serves young people across Page County.

Each week, our buses pick up youth from across the county, bring them to The REC, and then deliver them home throughout the county. Our vehicles are also used on weekends to transport youth to activities, outings, and other opportunities.

Our buses have served us well, but they are aging and require increasingly frequent repairs and maintenance. We continue to use what we have because our youth depend on us. Our immediate goal is to raise funds toward the purchase of a reliable new-to-us passenger van while continuing to maintain the vehicles our youth rely on every day.

Transportation Impact

• Countywide – Pick Ups from our local schools and transportation home throughout Page County
• Weekends Too– Transportation for activities and educational outings
• Our Goal – A safe, reliable passenger van
